Rat Rig’s new V-CORE 4 3D printer is available for reservations. There is no upfront payment required to reserve your spot in line. You will be contacted for payment closer to your ship date, estimated at 8-12 weeks from the time you reserve. There is also a giveaway for 5 IDEX upgrade kits happening soon for those who reserve a V-Core 4. The IDEX upgrade itself cannot be reserved yet, but will be offered for purchase separately soon.

Felicia Day launches Thangs.com shop with 3D printable figures from The Guild - Link

Felicia Day has launched a new shop called FeliciaDay3D on Thangs.com. This shop offers 3D printable models for fans of her web series "The Guild" and other geek culture interests.

The shop operates on a membership model. For $10 a month, members get access to exclusive 3D models for tabletop gaming, cosplay, and kids. There's also a $40 tier with a commercial license to sell physical prints of the models.

This is a new creative venture for Felicia Day and a way for Thangs.com to celebrate geek culture and 3D printing. Both Day and Thangs CEO are enthusiastic about the project's potential to inspire people and bring their ideas to life.

Programming Announced for July’s 2024 Additive International Summit (2 minute read) - Link

The full program for the 2024 Additive International Summit has been release. The summit in Nottingham, UK will gather industry and academic leaders in additive manufacturing (AM). Researchers from prestigious institutions will present on cutting-edge AM technologies and trends. The event will showcase advancements in materials, applications in aerospace, transport, and healthcare, and explore topics like 3D printed biomaterials and digital twins.

The crazy part about this print is that I actually bought something similar for over $20. This great looking key organizer can be printed for a few pennies and will keep you keys organized and prevent them from jingling around in your pocket or at your waist. A great example of making an already available product even more attainable for just a few pennies of filament

We’re not usually one for all the different vases or planters out there but this one really stole our gaze! The designer states that this planter was inspired by the wind and sand of our planet.
