BambuLab Studio Sees Minor Update to Version 1.9.2 - Link
BambuLab pushed a small update to their Slicer’s GitHub repository yesterday that included a couple of small feature updates and multiple small bug fixes. The enhancements to software are:
In the "Send Print Job" interface, the model preview will render the actual colors of the filaments based on the filaments currently loaded in the AMS.
The startgcode and endgcode for X1 and X1 Carbon have been updated, adding G-code to play audio for start and end of printing. Waiting for the future firmware update.
There were 14 other minor bug fixes focused on specific scenarios where the software would crash and other general stability enhancements.

3D Printed Engine Part by Sciaky Lands on Moon(1 minute read) - Link
A metal engine part, 3D printed by Sciaky, landed on the moon as part of Intuitive Machines' IM-1 mission. This critical component provided thrust for the spacecraft's descent. It was additively manufactured using Sciaky's Electron Beam Additive Manufacturing system in just 16 hours. This mission marks the first private moon landing and the first time a commercial lunar lander transmitted scientific data back to Earth. Sciaky is looking for ways to further contribute to the aerospace industry.
First 3D Printed House in Central Asia Can Withstand Earthquakes up to 7 on the Richter Scale (4 minute read) - Link
BM Partners in Kazakhstan built the first 3D-printed house in Central Asia. This earthquake-resistant house can withstand a 7.0 Richter scale earthquake due to special construction techniques and a very strong concrete mix. The 100 square meter house was completed in less than two months, with the walls being printed in just five days.
The house also uses insulation to cope with Kazakhstan's extreme temperatures. This project showcases the potential of 3D printing for building safe and efficient homes in challenging environments.

A Physical WinAmp Music Player - RodMg on Hackaday.io - Link
If you are old enough to remember the launch of MP3s then you probably remember WinAmp. WinAmp was one of the first music players that you could download for your PC. Well, RodMg over at Hackaday decided to make a physical version of it. He designed and 3D printed the case and front face to look exactly like the edges of the original WinAmp skin with it renamed LinAmp. Then he threw the electronics inside the case to make it all work. Check out the link above, or click the picture below to see the entire project log.
